Looking for an organization that is goal driven, results oriented and that agrees with my basic management philosophy that "A Manager Responsible is a Manager Accountable". Organization would be open minded to considering adopting and using my self developed "Pillars of Success Business Process Model. Being Responsible and Accountable for Management Team Hard & Soft skills training that would include an individualized Skills Implementation Plan and follow-up to insure newly learned skills are being effectively utilized. Act as mentor when necessary to ensure skills being utilized and that newly learned skills are effective when correctly applied. Act as Problem Resolution Manager resolving real word problems using skills taught in the classroom environment. In short, being Accountable for what I teach. Position can be full-time or part-time and can be at a single location for a long-term engagement or at unlimited locations for short-term engagements. I hold myself Accountable and expect to be held Accountable for all management actions.
