Graduated on September 25, 2014, with an AAS in Business Management with Highest Honors (3.92 GPA). I have excelled with every company I have been employed with due to my ability to effectively plan, organize, lead and control even in the harshest environments when success was bleak due to economic downturns and irreconcilable circumstances such as Atrium Windows and Doors and UPS. At Atrium Windows and Doors I had to build and maintain a culture that demanded results during the harsh economic downturn while reducing 33% of the workforce. This often meant cross training when feasible and utilizing talented and goal-driven team players by completing several additional job duties. As a Yard Control Supervisor, I opened up the 5th fully automated UPS facility at Independence Parkway, with several other Supervisors and Managers, and were able to meet and exceed all expectations when most critics thought we would fail due to the lack of equipment, resources, knowledge and training. As the Yard Control Supervisor, the most complex UPS position, I was able to flourish due to my exceptional multi-tasking, analytical, initiative, interpersonal, problem solving, lean management, teamwork, written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills. I have over 20 years of experience effectively owning, managing and supervising several types of businesses.
