Description
Experienced with Cisco Unified Call Manager and ancillary options and applications. * Responsible for setup and installation of IP phones such as: 7941, 7945, 7965, 7970, 7975 into IT infrastructure (Approximately 4500 IP Phones). * Responsible for changes, adds and moves of IP / POTS/ IP STE's and Analog phones in Cisco Call Manager. * Responsible for maintaining user voicemail accounts in Cisco Unity. * Responsible for configuration IP phones on Brocade SX 1600 switches and MLX 4 routers. * Troubleshoot connectivity problems which occur in Unified Communication Infrastructure. * Monitors, analyzes, troubleshoots 3845 and 3945 Voice Gateway Router problems. * Experience in both the end user telephony as well as a solid background in switching. * Use Traffic Sentinel to Monitor Network activity and Network failures. * Proficient in isolating faults and anomalies across the telephony enterprise.
