over an extended period of time has prepared me with both technical and practical knowledge involving maintenance production and management as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills. I spent several years as a Lead Mechanic and then advanced to Maintenance Supervisor at OCI Chemical. Working in this environment I have been able to perform many of the maintenance operational and management skills that would carry over into the types of positions related to the above-mentioned industries. I emphasize my time spent in leadership focusing on my experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this position I set an example of maximum safety and productivity. Throughout my 35 years with OCI I have been on numerous committees that included helping employees communicate and work out issues properly and effectively. I also served as a first responder at the plant for 20 plus years and responded to several situations where medical attention was required. These combined experiences would be a helpful contribution in any work environment and have provided me with the practical knowledge and skills that would allow me to immediately learn and begin to take on the challenges of a new work environment.
