I have over 10 years of Maintenance Mechanic experience, fort lift certified, executing planned & predictive maintenance activities and equipment repair, Set up; change over, adjustments, operation of various type productions machines, maintenance repair and operation of production machinery and equipment as assigned following department’s standard operation procedures, Strong technical background in cable television including activation and plant maintenance of all phases. Adjust material feeder/delivery equipment and detection devices; regulate heat and several types of timing controls. Start machine to test operation by producing parts for inspection. Make necessary readjustments until finished product meets Quality Assurance specifications. Maintain and enhance current P.M. files. Perform all preventive and predictive maintenance as required and/or scheduled. “Advanced Level” field strength meters, spectrum analyzers, TDR, OHM meters, Skilled at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively.
