Finish my career of the past 30 years by innovating within the new medical care system, find better ways to provide care at lower cost but higher quality, contribute what knowledge and insight I've gained to benefit others. I expect to be working full time for the next 15 years and would like to leave behind a legacy of change and renew the pioneer spirit that we built this nation on.
