Every design problem can have multiple design solutions but I've never seen a design solution from Davison not be well thought out or not be technically competent. They all are. -������ John writes clearly and concisely from a technical perspective. He can easily communicate technical solutions through writing and precise graphics. He listens patiently when others describe technical problems so as to understand the problem as relayed by the individual, then asks the well pointed questions that get to the heart of the matter. -������ Decades of experience across multiple aircraft industry companies including years of design experience in other industries such as automotive. This includes many years in Product Development and black military projects. In many instances John was a Lead of many of those projects. Boeing would never listen to any of it and never will. -������ John treats everyone with respect and equality. -������ John's modeled solutions are highly accurate and technically correct. He's always ready to tackle the next project and is faster than many designers both in speed/accuracy of the modeled solution but many times also holds the better solution technically. -������ John has helped me become a better engineer because he has experiences that he shares with myself and others.
