Qualifications: * 15 years' experience in Project Management. * 10 years' experience as Superintendent of Construction * Accurately produce and maintain Microsoft Project Schedules, Subcontractors' Scope of Work, RFPs, RFIs, POs, DFRs, Submittals, Schedules of Values, Owner-Operator Manuals, Procedural Scripts, Commissioning Documents, Punch Lists, Close-Out Packages. * 16 years' experience w/BMPs SWPPP, permitting from EPA, SOCAL Fire, SCAQMD SDAQMD, OSHA, and CALOSHA, Asbestos Containing Materials & Lead Based Paint, Mold, testing and abatement. Safety Committee appointee during several positions. * Coordinate and Schedule Subcontractors, Vendors of equipment and supplies, State Certified Special Inspectors' inspections, Civil Building and Fire Department inspections. * Coordinate and liaison with Architects and Engineers. * Expedite Plan Check Obtain Permits and Certificates of Occupancy. * Safely coordinate heavy equipment installations, Crane lifts, and special rigging moves. * Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Project 2010 and Microsoft Office 2010 ( Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and SharePoint ) Windows 8 and Vista
