PROFILE Nineteen years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) project management and government information systems operations, research, maintenance, analysis, testing, evaluation, and development. Well versed in developing operational and technical evaluation data to select Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, and am certified in DoD 8570 Directive Compliant - Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II - Security + CE and network fundamentals. Air Operation Center Weapon System (AOC WS) Provides system test engineering oversight/direction for the operational/functional test and evaluation of the Air Combat Command (ACC) Air Operation Center (AOC) Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J). Provides subject matter expertise on the GCCS-J Situational Awareness (SA)/Common Operating Picture (COP) as well as the Integrated Imagery and Intelligence (I3) applications. Provides leadership and scheduling of test team resources to perform System Verification and Validation on the GCCS-J development and test suite. Assesses current GCCS-J builds and ensures requirements set to test these systems are met in order to bring the GCCS-J systems up to date per Information Assurance Vulnerability (IAV) requirements Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and system security requirements. Ensures software/system discrepancies are documented tracked elevated when needed for priority fixes and coordinated to a timely completion. Creates test plans test procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet requirements for sustainment of GCCS-J. Completes GCCS-J system packages in support of DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Processes (DIACAP) to include Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) generation for tracking of actions taken for system updates. Generates System Acceptance Test (SAT) report for Government approval and signature. Coordinate projects with system developers and external system representative to ensure standards and best practices are followed for upgrading the current system with little to no impact on operational requirements. Provides hands-on support to the Information Assurance (IA) team during their assessment process of GCCS-J integration and test suite following IA compliance activities to include the application of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) using the Security Content Automation protocol (SCAP) tool Trusted Facility Manual (TFM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and performing manual security vulnerability assessments.
