Description
SUMMARY * Manage and oversee operations, maintenance and administration of commercial and residential properties. * Communicate with Tenants, Management Staff and Security through telephone, e-mails and in-person. * Assign and process service ticket requests to staff of Engineers, Maintenance Crew, Office Movers, Office Installers, Plant Technicians, and other vendors as needed. * Experience with operating a 10-key calculator to perform calculations and track statistics. * Manage multiple databases used for property management and ensure proper information is entered. * Update and compile budget and accounting reports, cash receipts, and accounts payable and receivable.
