QUALIFICATIONS: * Experienced in the management and supervision of business in manufacturing operations and quality. * Company representative to customer base * Hands on front line supervisor in union and non-union environment both in production and quality. * Completion and presentation of customer and internal corrective actions. * Company certified Internal Auditor ISO9001:2000. * ASQ certified Quality Improvement Associate. * CIP proposals and implementations through a cross functional team. * Evaluate, write and edit work instructions. * Communication from company president, customers, supervisors to production workers. * Lean overview and failure prevention training and participation in Kazien events. * Completion of Company Greenbelt Training * Completed first green belt project ETHIC-typically work 40 (+) hours per week SELF-MOTIVATED-Accustomed to working off shifts with little supervision DEDICATION-Active participant in problem solving teams employee involvement groups and special management projects CREATIVE-Active involvement in cost reduction and product improvement teams
