I have been involved in research in the bioanalytical field as well as worked in preclinical/clinical studies in the drug discovery process which include anticancer, antihistamines, specific target pain relievers and others. I have more than 20 years experience in bioanalytical chemistry which includes preclinical/clinical assays, research in a GLP/GMP environment. I have managerial experience in setting up and running of an analytical laboratory from scratch. I have successfully implemented all the regulations (Canadian/US-FDA) to fulfil the requirements for a GLP accredited laboratory and also have experience working in the European regulation environment during my work in the UK. I have worked with a wide variety of instrumentations for chemical/bioanalytical analysis. I have hands on skills and experience with the latest technologies in chemical analysis. I have developed and validated more than 100 methods for detection of new drugs for human/animal use. I have made several publications in Peer-reviewed scientific journals. I am an efficient team player and have lot experience in coaching and motivating staff for delivery of results within the timeline with a high standard of quality.
