As A Store Manager for one of the largest home improvement retailers in the country, I am highly motivated, result-driven retail manager with years of experience in sales management and supervisory position. Recognized as an empowering manager that engages employees to team unity toward fulfillment of corporate goals. With extensive management experience, my position has allowed me to develop general management and operational proficiencies in a multi-million dollar and multi-faceted business model. At all of my positions, I have been able to foster and grow a culture of world-class customer service, dedication and teamwork. As Superintendent I gained extensive knowledge in building maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. Based on my experience, I feel that not only would it make for a successful transition.
