For your consideration; I have over 30 years of construction inspection and construction project management experience with projects of 50-60 Mil$, architectural to underground. Of those 33 years I specifically have approximately 6.5 years’ experience in military construction. My military construction management experience includes my assignment at Fort Campbell KY as a USACE QA rep III for mechanical for 3 years, Clark Construction 1 Year, Balfour Beatty US, 2 years, and 2 years electrical and mechanical experience in support of the Department of Navy. I am a licensed electrician, ARI certified for air-conditioning and refrigeration, and NATE certified for HVAC and Mechanical. Storm water and sanitary sewer inspection and installation. Domestic and mechanical piping above and underground. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: MEP F/P Superintendent, QC, Alt SSHO, and Mechanical. I have overseen primary overhead relocation, underground primary, and switch gear placement, transformer installation along with ground-up interior electric along with temporary power plans this also includes all com banks and NEC work. Other duties were help oversee the demolition of 9 three story Mechanical for, Elementary Schools, Med/Dental, mess halls, technical training buildings. I also performed site inspection, testing and coordination of exterior/ mechanical utility construction, including analyses construction proposals both technical and cost.
