SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: * 25+ Years of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Un-Exploded Ordnance (UXO) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, High Yield Explosive Device / Emergency Manager (CBRNE/EM) experience with a strong back ground in Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD's) Response, Training, Health and Safety, and Identification of both stock piled and improvised Biological, Chemical, Nuclear and Radioactive Dispersal devices. * Supported the Navy regional and local installation staffs with the technical management and execution of any aspect of regional and/or installation Emergency Management (EM) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High-Yield Explosive (CBRNE) programs, plans and policies * Un-Exploded Ordnance Technician III responsible for Un-Exploded Ordnance (UXO) support on the Southern California Offshore Range (SCORE) ensuring that SCORE mission objectives (e.g., safety, efficiency, and Fleet support) are consistently met. * Served as a Special Service Contract Chemical Weapons Destruction Facility Inspector for the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) performing continuous monitoring inspections at Chemical Weapons Disposal Facilities. * Worked in the position of Training Cell Officer for the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). While working in the Organizations training cell I was responsible for organizing and teaching proficiency and advance training for the Organization 175 person Inspector staff. * Served as a Chemical Weapons Munitions Specialist Inspector for the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) performing Chemical Weapons Convention verification inspection. * Served as an Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Specialist for an Ordnance and Explosive Waste (OEW) remediation company surveying and removing Hazardous Material from former Department of Defense Sites. * Served as the Health and Safety Officer for Earth Resources Corporation an Environmental Remediation Service Company specializing in hazardous waste compress gas cylinders. * Served as an Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician assigned to various EOD units throughout the continental United States supporting Federal, State and Local Emergency Response Personal and Law Enforcement authorities with request for Explosive Ordnance Disposal support. * Selected and trained for Special Improvised Explosive Device Team, (Nuclear Emergency Search Team). Trained in advanced search, access, diagnostics and disablement methods for Weapons of Mass Destruction to include improvised Biological, Chemical, and Nuclear and Radioactive Dispersal devices. * Provided Protective Service Bomb Search support to the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. State Department for the President and Vice-President of the United States and Foreign Heads of State. * Trained investigators and members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF), San Diego Metro Arson Strike Team (MAST), and San Diego Special Weapons and Tactics team (SWAT), and San Diego Sheriff's Bomb Squad in explosive ordnance recognition, bomb search, booby-trap search, and improvised explosive device identification techniques.
