I bring more than twenty five years of diversified quality leadership, quality engineering and supply chain management experience. I have successfully led multi-site Quality organizations for large international Aerospace companies, as well as developing Quality systems and Quality cultures at smaller companies. I bring outstanding leadership, problem solving, planning and communication abilities with a results-driven approach to business. I have extensive AS9100C system development skills and am a Certified AS9100C Lead Auditor. Additionally, I have strong FAA capabilities and relationships. I achieve department results with well-honed training skills and the ability to quickly assess the status of a company’s Quality Management System, this allows rapid changes to establish compliance and achieve the benefits of the AS9100 Standard. I have a strong business acumen, along with six sigma greenbelt certification which when applied to a Quality organization supports driving for business results.
