Support 40 employees operating CNC and conventional machine tools, Welding, sheet metal fabrication, and Assembly. Anticipate staffing requirements based on work load. Interview / Hire, develop for advancement, Perform Employee Evaluations and Individual Development Plans. Coaching and counseling of employees, maintain safe work practices and ethical conduct. Responsible for functional area Quality, Safety, and Housekeeping Provide / coordinate functional area training. Property Hand Receipt holder inventory and maintenance of 2.4 million dollars of government equipment. Support Graphic arts, chemical conversion coat (irridite), paint and identification (stencil - monofill). Obtained 6 Sigma Specialist Certification &Lean Manufacturing concepts Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance Assisted with Estimates, Production Scheduling ,Individual Development Plans, Performance Improvement Program, And Procurement of Machinery and Equipment Coordinate Preventive Maintenance with internal maintenance dept and with external vendors

Production Supervisor
