Patient Care Cordinator on a Medical Oncology Floor 10 years experience Lafayett
I am a PCC on a medical/oncology unit. I have been with the same company for over 33 years and have been in Nursing the last 10 years of my career. I am in charge of managing the floor and staff. I am responsible for staffing and acuity of this floor. I give inpatient chemo and have been certified in giving chemo for over 8 years now. I help with the evaluations and schedules of the staff on the floor. I am working on my BSN at this time and hoping to graduate in the next 6-9 months. I am looking for a hospice managers position and a supervisors position.
