SUMMARY * 15 years of experience in the field of Quality Control Inspection, Aerospace hardware and Food Service Packing & Operations certified (NDT Testing Level II ultrasonic tech.) * Proficient in Quality Control, Evaluations of Engineering Drawings, Testing equipment, Food Packing Inspections and Quality Control using ISO 9001 procedures and nonconforming reporting. * Work effectively individually and as a team member * Maintain a positive and professional attitude on all related inspection findings * Professional and courteous approach in identifying process deficiencies. * Excellent oral, written and computer communication skills * Proven ability in monitoring technical work orders and maintaining quality assurance records. PROFESSIONAL RELATED EXPERIENCE * Reject products, materials, and equipment not conforming to or meeting specifications. * Analyze and interpret schematic drawings, data manuals, procedures and work orders. Inspect, operate and test materials, products (e.g., electronic hardware, computer peripherals, space flight hardware, valves, regulators and food processing and packing equipment). * Notify supervisors and other personnel of production problems, and assist in identifying and correcting those problems. Discuss inspection results with engineers responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions. * Document and work per procedures, make recommendations for process improvements, ability to solve problems in area of specialty. * Ability to work safely when exposed to occupational and environmental risks daily. * Proven ability using (calipers, rulers, computers and a variety of hand tools & equip.) * Continuously practice and monitor safe work habits.
