Responsibilities
As GM of a popular Mexican restaurant, I have had to overcome a major language barrier that exists between management and staff. I have successfully achieved that and now guide my staff efficiently and by example. I have also been able to improve the quality of the dining experience of our guests by modifying some of the intrusive noise and design issues associated with the restaurant by heeding survey results and talking with regular customers on a continuous basis.
