I've done many types of construction jobs for over 20 years and have worked for a G.C., as well as marketing, bidding, managing & completing my own remodeling, landscaping & handywoman design & construction jobs. I've also had tons of experience in sales and purchasing, researching & scheduling vendors/subcontractors, training sales & construction workers & management. I don't really want to do the construction anymore, but am interested in getting into Project Management. If I can get my foot in the door as an estimator or Scheduler, I know I can progress withing the company. Even willing to begin in the office if necessary.

In Construction: Most recently renovated/re-modeled a geodesic dome (25'w x 15'h), sprayed stucco & roofing, framed, drywalled & painted interior, layed subflooring, built straight wall, entryway & back room. Turned out better than owner expectations. Have been asked to do owners landscape/waterscape, due to my performance on the remodeling.
