To test and develop new drugs for treating diabetes and obesity. I have knowledge of experimental design and functional Ingredients which built my solid background in cell biology; immunology and/or host-pathogen interaction, cellular signaling pathway, and have strong publications in reputed journals (over 50 publications and 2 patents). I am familiar with basic molecular experiment methods such as cell culture, FACS, q-PCR, Western blot, ELISA, siRNA transfection, HPLC, gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS), liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and so on. I am also able to purify enzymes, proteins, and natural products and I am able to design animal experiments. Moreover, I am a quick learner and enjoy learning something new to me. I am also a person working hard and getting along easily with co-workers. As a player in the team work, I knew that team work is very important for achieving success.
