I looked forward to going to work everyday. a typical day was pulling orders from customers the prior day, picking the most beautiful jewelry for each and every customer so when they received it they loved it as well as their customers. also we did our own shipping and I would also call my customers to let them know when to expect their package and how much the total price was and if the order was complete. I would also learn how each of the customers clientele was so I knew when something new came in I could get them excited about it as well. The hardest part of the job probably was when we didn't have in stock something the customer ordered. We had so much non-catalog jewelry I could substitute if the customer wanted.
