I am a German National with a very strong work ethic, who came to America in 1990 when my husband was deployed to the Persian Gulf, for the Desert Storm military liberation of Kuwait. During the time that he was away, I started my working career off in Lawton Oklahoma, as the dining room attendant at a Wendy’s franchise. A year and a half later, I was the general manager of the store and within another year, I managed both Wendy’s locations. In 1994, my husband was honorably discharged from the army, and we relocated back to Cleveland, Ohio, his birth place. In April of 1995 I started working for Parma Woods apartments part-time as a leasing agent. Two and a half years later, I was promoted to Resident Manager. In 2000 I joined Metro Health Medical Center as the training supervisor. In 2004 I was promoted to Associate Director, and worked in this position until 2011. In 2011, I joined JSI, Janitorial Services and worked as an area manager overseeing 30 accounts. In 2014 I was promoted to Director of Medical Services and oversee 28 Cleveland Clinic locations, and 3 independent Surgery Centers.
