My career with the Federal Government started in the Personnel Security program which I spent over seven years learning every aspect of. I have continued to dedicate my career to the advancement and knowledge of each Security Program, to include: Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), Physical Security, Personnel Security, Information Security (INFOSEC), Protective Force, Communications Security (COMSEC), TEMPEST, Operations Security (OPSEC) and Program Management. I have over eighteen years of experience within the field of DOE Nuclear Safeguards and Security. Graduated from the Interagency Training Center as a certified Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Technician. Was Team Lead for numerous TSCM surveys/services. Experienced in the conduct of Safeguards and Security Compliance Audits, working knowledge of all topical and subtopical areas. Knowledgeable in reading and reviewing blueprints and designs for the construction of security areas to include, Exclusion Areas (EA's), Limited Areas (LA's), Protected Areas (PA's), SCIF's, SAP's and other security areas from the ground-up. Ability to evaluate the application of a wide range of security requirements, plans, systems, and procedures to determine compliance with regulations, standards and the overall effectiveness of a program, to include Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCIDs), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Joint Air Force - Army - Navy (JAFAN 6/9), Department of Energy (DOE) Orders, Directives, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR's) and Department of Defense (Navy) physical security and computer security requirements. I have experience in writing and editing procedures, also experienced in database functions for the C-Cure 9000, JPAS, eQIP and HAIMS systems.
