Advanced level experience in, welding material selection, specification and procedure writing, field inspection, laboratory testing, failure analysis, technical training, and the development of quality programs in materials. Owned and operating Coatings Inspection Services, Inc. for eighteen years managing an inspection firm dedicated to the codes and standards for nuclear and industrial coating application. I am a member of NACE, SSPC, AWWA holding a NACE certification of level III coatings inspector.
