I have the clinical knowledge and good judgment to provide the necessary health care, including medication administration and emergency first aid, to your patients. I am a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New Jersey. In addition, I am currently Licensed Practical Nurse in New York, current hold CPR/BLS/AED Certification, and Applied Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant degree and IV certificate from Rutgers college. I believe that patient comes first and must be at their optimal health, in order to achieve this, the proper education needs to be given to the patient, and teaching has always been my strongest asset. As a nurse at your facility, not only will I be the professional health caregiver, I will act as the liaison between other staff members, personnel, health care professionals, family and the community when deemed necessary. Having served many years in a nursing home as a nurse’s assistant, I consider myself as having solid foundation decision making and skills with the ability to organize, manage and maintain patient’s environment in an efficient manner. I have extensive nursing home experience working with the elderly and super elderly recognizing the patient’s needs and effectively communicating to the nurse what the patient is experiencing.
