My Matching Experience: For 15 years I have worked as the Technical leader for a vehicle NVH Engineer and 1year for a research professor with the following responsibility and achievements: Responsibilities: 1) Technical leader for Development of several new cars with NVH Test & CAE. 2) MDO pilot for Performance integration with MDO (Multidisciplinary Design Optimization) including Crash, NVH and Durability for 5 projects. 3) Cost/weight reduction (DT6 projects for 4 mass produced cars) 4) Create core methods and system level targets. And cascade them to coworkers in the Body, Chassis or Power-train Eng. And Own responsibility for measuring and benchmarking competitive performance at components, system and vehicle level. 5) Research for core methods Achievements: 1) Successful NVH development as the technical leader: 7 Sedan, 2 Hatchback and 3 advanced cars(Hybrid, full electric and Fuelcell cars). Customer survey validated that the mass-produced developed cars achieve best competitive score of NVH performance: idle, driving booming and road noise 2) Set up the procedure of Weight reduction (5kg ~ 10 kg / project) and performance improvement based on MDO(multidisciplinary optimal design). 3) Target achievement of DT6 projects for cost & weight reduction of mass production cars. 4 & 5) Synthesis of Vibro-acoustics of a vehicle and then make the target deploy.
