I'm a Operation Manager for Safeway for the Meat Division and was in charge of the Northern & Southern Districts. They were doing over a million a week. I had to have to budget forecast to determine and analyze the sale for each week to write schedules for my managers. I also during Holiday weeks I had to make sure stores had enough product for that holiday and if they needed product I would arrange special deliveries for those stores. I also did store visits to make sure the meat managers were executing there jobs and what we at corporate level implemented and executed company programs.
