I am a Registered Nurse with Administrative and Management skills over the past 24 years. I have extensive knowledge regarding Medicare/Medicaid and Medicare Advantage Plans. Have negotiated with Insurance Agencies for contracts and reimbursement. Have hired, oriented, and have been responsible for staff development and education. Was responsible for supervision of all disciplines in health care including RNs, LPN, Certified Nurses Aides, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Social Workers and Office personnel. Have been responsible for creating Policies and Procedures and implementation of Quality Assurance. Have vast knowledge of all disease processes that would affect the aging population. Also have pediatric Home Health experience. Have been responsible for budgeting and financial forecasting for a Home Health agency. Have knowledge of State and Federal regulation and how to maintain records and use conflict resolutions in State, Federal and private payers.
