SUMMARY Over 30 years experience in automotive parts and service. 20+ years in management of those departments, Starting on the retail front counter, to director of an Award winning Ford dealership parts department. Managing a million+ dollar inventory with a support staff of 30+ people. Service background includes all facets of that department as well from service advisor to director of service operations. As Parts and Service Director I was responsible for developing process, Marketing, Training, Customer Satisfaction, Inventory control and the ultimate profitability of those departments. QUALIFICATIONS Ten plus years outside sales experience. Knowledge of e-commerce applications. Experience in dealership parts/service, and body shop operations. Extensive background in automotive retail and wholesale operations. Background encompassing over twenty years in automotive management. Ford Master Certified Parts Manager, Service Manager, Warranty Administer.
