With a total of thirty-four years of experience in construction and maintenance of roadways and bridges, I bring forth a great familiarity of today’s roadway needs and practices. With twenty-eight years’ experience with PENN DOT as the Assistant Manager and Manager and six years’ experience with CONSOL Energy as the Road Maintenance Manager, you will find my knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions to be at the top of my priority list. I also possess the knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits. My knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance speaks for itself. The knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of structures such as highways, roads, bridges, and rights-of-way are a part of my knowledge-base. I possess a great knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs, assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. My work-ability also includes the knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. I have extensive knowledge in the construction field and possess a Keen understanding of equipment capabilities and requirements.
