Result: Reduced the time required to complete physical inventory from six months to two weeks. * Action: Served as the chairman of the National Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (NAPM) Price Subcommittee during the preparation of reports for the President's Healthcare Task Force. Led a group in determining whether prescription drug prices should be regulated as part of the national healthcare reform plan. Procured wholesale acquisition costs from a leading drug wholesaler and created pricing macros comparing brand versus generic drugs.
