I have been in my current position for over seven years (with over seventeen years of combined experience) and I am considered a team lead because I take the initiative on projects and I am a self-starter and motivator. I am also one of the senior associates within my team. I have taken on the responsibility to train new resources, compile new documentation, and implement new reports to show trends or patterns.
