Major Responsibilities
I have interviewed, pre-qualified, and selected others who can help me recruit people who meet the personality requirements. As a result I have recruited over 20 drivers for a local courier company to fill night routes and on-call orders. The company also has recruited people with a high turnover rate. All of mine have stayed. I also made my own route more productive for myself saving me an hour each day and less miles and less fuel. Plus the nurses all love me and work with me because I treat them like the most important person I know.
