Coordinate, buy, plan, and schedule components for a fast paced assembly / machine shop. Provide work orders, develop bill of materials, and manage product movement. Insure continuous flow of materials to meet production dead lines. Responsible for two product lines with over 800 hundred components. Forecast production completion dates for sales department. Attend MRB meeting and disposition discrepant materials. Reduced manufacturing lead times by negotiating and issuing Blanket orders and turnkey process ordering. Issue and monitor long term purchase orders for both E-Kanban and Consignment order. Purchase Capital Equipment, as well as MRO items.
