Rufino Sanchez has 21 years experience in Healthcare IT, with over 15 years in management, expertise spanning over a multitude of product lines where he has held positions ranging from Consultant, System Engineer, Resource Manager, Consulting Manager to recently as a Consulting Director. Rufino continues to excel at building valuable internal and external customer relationships, allowing him to call on his contacts and their experience to solve customer issues. His initial assignments encompassed all phases of software analysis and design, testing, implementation, and support. In his consulting director position, he is responsible for the business aspects of implementation groups, such as quality and timeliness of implementations, support activities, expense control, financial tracking, and capacity planning amongst several other responsibilities. He has always been a top performer and consistently asks for and accepts the most challenging assignments inside and outside his role and responsibility permitting him to pursue his career in areas of growth and responsibility.
