Food service cook/ supervisor 25 years at present job
My role as a supervisor was for 12 years at a nursing home in Winchester . I was in charge of everything from hiring and ordering all the food and non food items . Schedules for all employees in food service I also worked all the shifts as well . I continued my next job at Winchester hospital where I am working now as a rounds cook for the past 26 years . I have learned many new food ideas as well as taking many classes that food service chef had over the years. I would look forward to talking to you further .
