I am a strong supervisor of personnel with excellent interpersonal skills and experience and the ability to supervise virtually and face-to-face. I performs performance evaluations, congratulations and corrective actions as required using the one minute manager philosophy. I regularly provides information and training to associates on correct procedures and new updates in one on one and large group settings. I write job listings, provides labor market information, and gives work referrals. I conduct trainings and workshops for clients and co workers regarding a variety of topics including labor market information, resumes, interviewing & application skills, job search skills and employment & unemployment practices. I process new and issue unemployment claims through fact-finding interviews. I adjudicate unemployment claim eligibly claims in accordance with Idaho law and policy.
