Description
The H.P.M. Leader�s responsibilities include coordinating the 168-hour team, which is comprised of Equipment Specialists, Process Engineers and Manufacturing Management to provide high quality available equipment to support the production of semiconductor devices. Equipment responsibilities included high level troubleshooting and repair for E500 and xR80 toolsets, implementation of maintenance programs, vendor level tool set-ups/calibrations and process acceptance qualification parameters.
