OBJECTIVE Provide a framework that establishes the goals of our organization to be accomplished and a metric to measure the performance to goals. The Long Range Plan is to be modified to reflect the reality of the market as time progresses. Four broad categories will be addressed, Customers Relationships, Supplier Relationships, Sales Network, and Employee Staffing. 1) Customer Relationships Customer Relationships are the key to positive growth, as a customer driven company, the relationships between exiting and new customers are the primary focus. 2) Supplier Relationships Continue to grow and support exiting and new supplier relationships are an important goal that must be maintained and grown through strong communications. 3) Sales Net Work Continue to support sales management staff with support and motivation. 4) Employee Staffing Support exiting employees through open channels of communications and always keep an open mind set to adding additional talent to improve the company goals.
