b. I am a Plant operations manager with over 20 year’s progressive experience in the manufacturing field. My most recent experience was running one of the largest Material Recovery Facilities(MRF) in North America. During my 4 years there, I utilized lean manufacturing philosophies to improve all aspects of the operation including; safety, quality and manufacturing efficiencies which led to increased profit margins. I am an organized, focused and self-motivated manager with the desire to continually raise the bar and exceed established goals.
