Outside sales with a Global company selling hardware, software, services and solutions. Identifying qualified prospects, validating appropriate products, providing proprosals, negotiating Lease Agreements, closing sale and providing excellent customer service and support. Seven years of experience with MCI World Com providing Help Desk Support for both Software and Hardware for all internal MCI employees. This was a high volume call center where I was required to login to the phone system each day, troubleshoot and fix computer problems over the phone with the tools that were given to me. My calls were monitored and tracked by management each day while also providing quality results. I was required to stay logged into the phone system and be available to take the next call at all times. I am more than capable of learning and being trained on more current and up to date Computer Platforms. I have had a successful career in Food Distribution Sales which has allowed me to use and build on my excellent Customer Service, Relations and Support. Installation, training and support for bank systems. My strengths are in my ability to be trained, quick learner, team player, can take directions from management or work on projects on my own. I am very detail oriented; enjoy helping others, honest and very dependable. All of my work experiences and skills make me a fantastic candidate for any Corporation.
