Clinic RN

Objective: Full time RN position. I am an enthusiastic RN with over 29 years of nursing experience (22 years as an LVN) encompassing newborn nursery to geriatrics. While in the US Air Force I worked as an EMT, nationally certified as an ambulance driver. I am able to float to any nursing duty. I love digging in to the details and working out problems. Primary specialty has been concentrated on primary care/ Internal Medicine & Pediatrics. My active duty experience (USAF) as well as 12 years long term care has helped me and the providers I worked with care for our patients in a way that was beyond primary care. I excel in patient treatments as well as injections/immunizations. I relish the opportunity to assist in minor surgical procedures. I have also assisted in emergency Cesarean sections while working in labor & delivery. I am very good with computers, having been instrumental in several EMR start ups working with Epic, Centricity & AllScripts. My computer experience goes back to working with programs while in the Air Force.
