Highlights:

I was apart of a team in many occasions that helped improved processes. We took a transfer press the only produced one part at a time and created a turn table that turned our out put to 2 parts out instead of 1. We also eliminated a person from the process from 9 operators to 8. A total cost savings of over 100,000. They also created a 2 out operation on a laser. (2 Lh and 2 Rh parts) I helped and developed a work instruction that made the operators wait on the machine instead of the machine waiting on the operators. Increased out put from only an average of 50 pcs an hour to 70 pcs an hour. There are more but I would be writing a book.`
