Life * 401 (k) * STD/LTD (C.) Vacation Accrual: Employees working within the Continental United States Accrue leave time at the rate demonstrated below based upon their years of service to the company. Years of Service Annual Leave Accrual Rate Per Pay Period 1 - 8 (80hrs) 3.08 HRS 9 - 15 (l20hrs) 4.62 HRS 16 + (l60hrs) 6.15 HRS (D.) Holidays: All regular full-time employees in good standing will receive the 10 legal days of holiday pay of their normally scheduled work day at their regular rate, provided they meet the following conditions: * Work a full shift on the employee's last scheduled work day prior to the paid holiday. * Work a full shift on the employee's first scheduled work day following the holiday * Should the employee be unable to work either of these two days because of illness, proof of illness will be required in order to qualify for the paid holiday. (E.) Sick Leave: Employees assigned to this contract are allowed (5) days (40 hours) of sick time. If your illness persists longer than one business day, before the conclusion of the second business day, we must be in receipt of a verifiable Doctor's note . (F.) Emergency Leave/Bereavement: In the event of a family emergency or bereavement, employees are authorized emergency leave. Please see company policy for defined "Immediate family members". Three days of paid time off can be allotted for bereavement. The amount of this leave taken will be deducted from an employee's available sick leave.
