SR MORTGAGE UNDERWRITER

I'm a Sr Mortgage Underwriter with over 13 years experience in mortgage underwriting and I have been in the banking industry for over 30 years. I very proud of my accomplishments in underwriting and Sales. I have had no defects for over 3 years. I have also worked in Mortgage Sales as a Sr Mortgage Loan Officer during this time frame while in sales I also was underwriting, based on the company needs. For a little over 2 years I working as a underwriter for VA and FHA underwriting for loan modifications. I also have Management experience in training and developement for over 2 years I was the Sales Nesting Manager. All this experience was with one Bank. Bank of America in which I worked there for over 15 years. I have excellent communication skills, I have traveled with the company as well when in sales to other States to help companys relocate there associates to other states and incorpoated there relocation with mortgages and company benefits to purchase new homes and to insure a smooth transition to there new locations. I'm a highly motivated individual who always meets her deadlines, who delivers what is promised and has always strived to make my mangers look good, I'm a team palyer who takes directions and has the desire to be successful. I was a top producer in mortgage sales for over 10 years.
