Description
My career goal at this point in my career is to make an impact. I've observed 'bad' management for that last 14 years and if given the opportunity I'd like to lead a team of people so I can implement the mind set of what team work really encompasses. I embrace change, collaboration and cohesiveness. Having my people feel valued and respected would be one of my goals.
