I have been in training and development since the early 90’s. In the year 2000 I decided to target corporate America specifically Fortune 500 companies. As a result, I found a company called Innovations International that began brokering me in 2002. In reading my resume, you will notice that I have worked across industries, geographical locations, at all levels in an organization, and with a wide array of topics. I have taught such topics as cultural competence (working in a diverse, global culture and driving high performance), teambuilding, collaboration, work-life balance, communication, negotiation, improving customer service, accountability and responsibility, changing paradigms for empowered results, etc. Basically whatever topic a company wanted I would develop content, workbooks and PowerPoint to meet their needs and culture.
