As a mortgage professional I have 20 plus years' in the mortgage loan industry and take great pride and care in my responsibilities because I enjoy what I do. As a mortgage profession with strong analytical skills I am capable of making risk based decisions for first, second, jumbo and conforming loan requests. I am familiar with DU, LP, AUS, as well as manual underwriting. I am efficient with FNMA, FHLMC and MHA guidelines. My most recent position with Bank of America concluded when the bank found it necessary to down size.
